Za’abel is part of the historical Bur Dubai district. The community is further divided into Al Kifaf, Za'abel (I) and Za'abel (II) and features villas and townhouses, apartments, offices and retail spaces. Za’abel (I) is a sub-community of Za’abel. It is bounded by Al Jaddaf, Al Kifaf, Oud Metha, Zabeel (II) and World Trade Centre. The area is home to the Za’abeel Palace and the Dubai Garden Glow, two of the city’s most popular landmarks.
