Cruises for the ultra-rich will be launched in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia has announced its new ambitious project – the launch of sea cruises on the 183-meter mega-yacht, Aman at Sea, which was built specifically for ultra-wealthy guests. The company Cruise Saudi, which is owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and based in Jeddah, plans to collaborate with the hotel brand Aman to create a unique sea travel experience.
The mega-yacht will feature 47 suites, an Aman-style spa with a Japanese garden, Michelin-level restaurants, and an onboard beach club. In total, the ship's crew will work in a 2:1 ratio to the number of guests to provide the most comfortable and luxurious travel experience.
But this is not the only project that impresses with its size and capabilities. Italian designer Enzo Manca has also unveiled his project – the nine-deck mega-yacht UAE One, which resembles a giant aircraft carrier. This flagship vessel was created for the United Arab Emirates and costs over half a billion dollars.
Onboard UAE One, there will be three helicopter landing pads and a helicopter hangar, a deck for a submarine, a pool, a spa center, and 62 bedrooms. Enzo Manca explained that one member of the ruling family of the UAE helped him in the design of this super yacht. Inspired by large American aircraft carriers, the designer decided to use over 2,800 square meters of teak wood for the interior decoration. 65 crew members will work onboard the ship to provide a high level of service.
