Golden Visas for Specialists: UAE Invites World's Top Programmers

The UAE has launched a program to issue golden visas to top programmers in its efforts to become a global center for technology and artificial intelligence. As part of this program, the UAE will issue 100,000 golden visas to outstanding technical specialists. The announcement was made by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy during the 10th session of digital industry seminars.

The program prioritizes the development of software and AI industries, which are important sectors for the UAE as it aims to become a world leader in the field of artificial intelligence by 2031.

In addition, the UAE aims to increase its contribution to the digital economy to 19.4% of its GDP over the next 10 years. The country will prioritize sectors such as resources and energy, logistics and transportation, hospitality, healthcare, and cybersecurity.
