Photo contest for beginners has been launched in Dubai

Dubai's Department of Culture and Arts, Nikon Middle East, and the Sikka platform have launched a contest for the best photo of the city, "Shades of Dubai." The competition is open to everyone aged 15 and over, including novice photographers.

Participants must submit their vision of Dubai's landmarks and cityscapes to a jury that includes renowned photographer Mukesh Batra.

Nikon will provide selected participants with professional cameras and tripods for the competition. The winners will have the opportunity to exhibit their work at the "Shades of Dubai" exhibition, which will take place in the Al Safa library in the summer of 2023. Organizers hope that the contest will give photographers the opportunity to see Dubai's beauty in new shades and showcase their creative potential.
