Long-term family tourist visas have started to be issued in the UAE

The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship in the United Arab Emirates has announced a new program for issuing tourist visas for a five-year period to families with minor children. Families can now stay in the UAE for up to 180 days a year with the possibility of extension.

To apply for a visa, it is necessary to have a bank statement for the last six months with a balance of no less than USD 4000, purchase medical insurance for 180 days, and enter the country within 60 days from the date of visa issuance.

In addition, UAE residents can sponsor their relatives if they have a minimum monthly salary of AED 10,000. Those who wish to sponsor six or more relatives must have a minimum salary of AED 15,000. If the stay in the UAE is exceeded, the visas will be annulled.

Visa applications can be submitted on the authority's website or through a mobile application. Thus, tourist visas for families with children in the UAE have become even more accessible and convenient.
