What we collect
Through the enquiry form and contact channels we collect what you provide: name, phone/WhatsApp, email, preferred language, plus your request details (purpose, budget, district, timeline). We technically log the submitting page and interface language. We do not collect special categories of data and ask you not to send them.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use the data to contact you, source properties and answer your enquiry. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box when you submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights”).
Who we share it with
Our brokers/managers access your enquiry. For prompt notification and storage we use a CRM and a messenger (including Telegram), which means data may be processed on servers outside the UAE (cross-border transfer). We do not sell your data.
Cross-border transfer
Enquiry notifications are delivered via a messenger whose infrastructure may be located abroad. Such transfer is based on your explicit consent and limited to handling your enquiry.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle and follow up on your request, and no longer than 24 months from the last contact, after which we delete or anonymise it. If you withdraw consent earlier, we delete on request.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you may: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing and direct marketing, request portability and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email us at the address above — we respond within the legal timeframe (generally one month).
Cookies
The site currently uses only strictly necessary files. If we later add web analytics or advertising pixels, we will add a consent banner and only activate them after your consent.
Security and changes
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data. This policy may be updated — the current version is always on this page with the update date shown above.
